Publications Coordinator
My duties at WHC were varied and I always had something to do. I thoroughly enjoyed my job there and was disappointed when
I left. The responsibilities were challenging and steady, providing me with a perfect work environment.
The staff was easily one of the best I have worked with and, even though it has been nearly a year and half since I left,
I remain in contact with many of them.

Responsibilities
- Researched, wrote, edited articles for the quarterly newsletter, the
branch offices' quarterly newsletter, and the company annual report.
- Created design and layout for WHC's quarterly newsletter, the branch offices' quarterly newsletter, and WHC's annual
report.
- Wrote and edited materials for symposium, such as the workbook, slide show and promotional materials.
- Designed symposium workbook.
- Researched and edited text and photos for WHC's annual desk calendar
- Maintained database of speakers for symposium.
- Assisted in the creation and mailing of press releases for symposium.
- Chose and maintained reliable vendors for publications.
- Handle Public Relations duties as assigned
