Pi Nu Epsilon, Inc.

Pi Nu Epsilon, Inc. is a non-profit honorary fraternal music organization.

Rather than go into a huge history of the fraternity, let me briefly tell you my history with Pi Nu Epsilon. I associated the fraternity during the fall semester 1996. Throughout my time at Ship, I served in varying capacities for this organization. I was a part of various committees and during the 1998-99 academic year, I served as the Chapter Representative to the national council. My last semester before graduating, I had the honor to be president of the Delta Chapter at Ship.

Currently, I am serving my first term as a Treasurer of the National Council. I also served as Vice President for the 2000-2001 National Council and as the President from 2001-2005.

Pi Nu Epsilon is an inclusive fraternity which is dedicated to music, diverse musical organizations, and college-community service. The purpose of Pi Nu Epsilon is threefold:

* To honor those outstanding men and women who have devoted their time and efforts to the musical organizations at the institutions of the respective chapters.

* To stimulate interest in and to further the aims of the musical organizations at the institutions of the respective chapters.

* To foster and develop a broader interest in music and musical affairs.
